All online cosmetic tattoo appointments require a booking fee at the time of booking to secure your desired time & date. This will be deducted from the treatment price on the day, and is strictly non refundable and non-transferrable.

All training courses require a specific deposit to book a placement, training deposits are STRICTLY non-refundable, should a circumstance occur where you are no longer able to attend the course booked, we will happily reserve a space for you on the upcoming dates and training courses with a new deposit required to secure the student position.

When you book an appointment with One Seven, the tattoo appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations within 2 business days will be strictly forfeited, with no exceptions. Please plan well and accordingly.

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable between clients.

• Gift certificates – forfeit 50% of the GV total if less than the appropriate cancellation notice of 2 business days is given. Gift certificate is redeemed in it’s entirety in the case of a no show.

• If you are running late you may have your treatment time shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you. We reserve the right to refuse commencement of treatment due to time restrictions of clients arriving late and deposit will be forfeited.

• Any clients with previous cosmetic tattooing need an online consultation prior to booking. Should this be booked without such and the treatment is unable to be performed, the deposit will be forfeited.

• No show’s on the day require a 50% payment of missed appointment before being able to re-book, after 2 no shows or reschedules within 2 business days, 100% of the appointment price is due before rebooking.
